Together we are stronger

People who create change

We are a team of like-minded people who have combined our experience, knowledge, and hearts to create the "Titans" Rehabilitation Balneotherapy Center.

Each of us is responsible for an important direction that brings us closer to our common goal.

The future is created by our joint actions

Volodymyr Drobotenko

Chairman of the Board
As Chairman of the Board, I oversee the full cycle of implementing our flagship project to build a modern balneotherapy center and am responsible for developing the Foundation's partnership network. I unite like-minded people and direct my knowledge, skills, and aspirations to bring our common Victory closer, creating a modern inclusive space that returns health and new opportunities to veterans and people with disabilities.

Briefly about myself

With many years of clinical and scientific experience as an occupational pathologist and a teacher at the Cherkasy Medical Academy, I understand how critical high-quality restorative medicine is today. I became part of the Foundation to implement the project of an innovative rehabilitation space for comprehensive physical and mental healing. I consider it my civic duty: restoring the health of our defenders and people with disabilities is our joint step towards Victory and building a strong European state.

Your main contribution to the Foundation's development

Today, my priority is coordinating the efforts of business, volunteers, donors, and local government bodies. By attracting grant programs and targeted funds through systematic communication, we are bringing our Project to life step by step. After all, our ultimate result is not just renovated premises or installed equipment, but the living "stories of People" whose health and dignity we have managed to restore.
"I believe that... We can pay tribute to our veterans and bring Victory closer only through our own active participation. Ukraine deserves a free and happy future, but we can only build it if everyone makes their contribution here and now."

Artem Stepanenko

Board Member. Director of Development and Communications
For over 20 years, I have been engaged in entrepreneurial activity. I am the founder and head of a group of companies operating in the fields of outdoor advertising, furniture production, and construction. Throughout my professional journey, I have always believed that a successful business should not only grow but also benefit society. For me, the greatest values have always been family, responsibility, and the readiness to help others. With the onset of the full-scale war, I joined the ranks of Ukraine's defenders. For my service, I received a state award from the President of Ukraine. Today, I am a veteran and a person with a war-related disability. After returning to civilian life, I resumed my entrepreneurial activities. At the same time, I dedicate a significant part of my knowledge, experience, and time to the development of the NGO "Titans Foundation." For me, this is not just public activity, but an opportunity to create a place where people, after severe trials, can receive support, rehabilitation, and a chance for a new stage in life.

Briefly about myself

I am responsible for the strategic development of the project, shaping the information space of the NGO "Titans Foundation," developing digital solutions, communicating with the public, partners, and benefactors, and I also participate in creating the concept of a modern rehabilitation center.

Your main contribution to the Foundation's development

My main task is to do everything possible to ensure that the "Titans" rehabilitation center becomes a place where people will receive high-quality help, support, and the opportunity to return to a full life. All other areas of my work — project development, cooperation with partners, digital solutions, communication, and design — are aimed precisely at achieving this goal.
"I believe that... I am convinced that the best way to give thanks for the opportunity to live and work is to create something that brings benefit to others."

Oleksandr Dihtiar

Board Member. Secretary of the Board.
I am responsible for developing the partnership network of the Titans Foundation, communicating with potential patrons, benefactors, and representatives of businesses and the public sector. I am engaged in attracting new NGO members, forming long-term partnerships, and seeking opportunities for joint projects and initiatives. I represent the Titans Foundation and its projects to potential partners, build open communication, and create conditions for engaging people and organizations in the development of the "Titans" Rehabilitation Center.

Briefly about myself

Since 2011, I have been involved in the civic movement of people with disabilities, overseeing the implementation of aquatic rehabilitation projects in the Dnipro River and in pools. I developed the first stage of the project for organizing aquatic rehabilitation in the pool of the Fifth Polyclinic in Cherkasy and secured funding for the water purification system.

Your main contribution to the Foundation's development

Development of inclusive social and rehabilitation tourism.
"I believe that... The thirst for life and the very power of life itself will overcome war and despair."

Serhii Kutsenko

Board Member

Briefly about myself

I joined the "Titans Foundation" because I strive to use my professional knowledge to create a barrier-free space and provide real support for people with disabilities. I believe that high-quality infrastructure and transparent financial processes are the foundation for systemic change in society.

Your main contribution to the Foundation's development

Today, my main task is to secure funding and attract reliable partners for the Foundation's large-scale projects.
"I believe that... I believe that through joint efforts, we can build a society of equal opportunities, where physical limitations of space will no longer hinder the realization of human potential."
